With some of the finest chocolate in town, and certainly the most enticing array of dessert treats, Aux Choux lures passersby with delectable wafts of food and coffee.
Crystal Thomas, owner and operator, has set up the dessert bar to feature high-quality menu items, including an array of coffee and teas that are fair trade and organic blends. Each cup is individually brewed in a French Press, to enhance flavor and depth.
Stop by, and you’ll see a range of tasty treats, including tiramisu, cheesecake, truffles, crème brulee, pot de crème, chocolate bombe, chocolate ganache, mousse, and even croquet-en-bouche (croquembouche).
